Theengineering internship presentation and opening topic of graduation thesis forfinal year students will be arranged this semester. Every student in CommunicationsEngineering major 141 class should attend on time.
Time: 13:30, Jan, 11th, Thursday on 18th week.
Venue: Wireless Communications Lab C1-519
The Presentation Procedures:
1. Internship period: week 8-16 inacademic calendar.
2. Each student will have 5 min topresent the Engineering Internship experience with PPT slides, followed by5-min question and answer session.
3. After the internship presentation,each student will present his/her graduation thesis proposal in 5 min with PPTslides, followed by 5-min question and answer session. The defense committeewill evaluation the performance of the student and supply the detailedsuggestions to help the student improving their works.
4. The student need to present thefollowing documents at the presentation.
The Supporting Materials:
1. The engineering internshipreport (Template);
2. The internship assignment book;
3. The company internshipevaluation form (need company stamp);
4. The company internship Surveyform (need company stamp);
5. The internship check table (8in total，from Week 8 to Week 16).
Material1 should use the standard template to form the internship report; the otheritems can be the same as those for Chinese students. All the materialsmentioned above together two PPT slides should be submitted to C1-519 beforethe presentation.
About the Presentation Postpone
A fewstudents could apply for the presentation postpone with the agreement of thedefense committee. The application for presentation postpone should apply inwriting. The application forms will be sent to the chairmen of the defensecommittee before the presentation. The time will be set in the 2ndweek of the Spring Semester 2018, the time and address will be informed later.

本学期将在2018年1月11日（周四）进行工程实习汇报答辩和毕业设计开题答辩。请2014级通信工程（国际）专业留学生全体同学准时参加。
答辩时间：2018年1月11日（周四）下午13:30开始。
答辩地点：无线通信实验室C1-519
学生汇报要求：
1、本学期工程实习时间：教学周第8周至第16周止共9周时间。
2、工程实习汇报需采用PPT汇报形式：每位同学5分钟PPT自述，5分钟回答小组教师提问。
3、开题汇报需采用PPT汇报形式：每位同学5分钟PPT自述，5分钟回答小组教师提问。
4、学生在汇报同时需提交材料：
提交工程实习报告（模板）、实习任务书、实习检查表（每周一张，共8张）；如为校外实习，需提交校外实习鉴定表（加盖实习单位红色圆形公章），用人单位评价表（加盖实习单位红色圆形公章）。其中工程实习报告用留学生实习报告专用模板，其余材料可以用中国学生采用的表格。
5、实习报告格式及表格请在学院网站下载专区下载。
6、缓答辩申请与安排：个别同学需要缓答辨的，需书面提出申请工程实习缓答辩。书面申请交由指导教师批准确认后，缓答辨名单由指导教师统一上报即可，答辨时再报告组长。工程实习缓答辩安排预安排在下学期开学初第2教学周周末之前与毕业设计开题缓答辩同时进行，具体时间地点另行通知。
7、工程实习汇报地点与汇报小组教师安排：
