Announcement of the Makeup Engineering Technical Practice Presentation and Graduation Thesis Proposal for 2015 International Students in the Communications Engineering Major
 
The makeup engineering technical practice presentation and opening topic of graduation thesis for final year students will be arranged this semester. Students in Communications Engineering 151 who did not pass either the engineering technical practice or the opening topic of graduation thesis last semester should contact the supervisor to complete the tasks according to the requirements and prepare to attend on time. Students who fail the opening topic of graduation thesis will not be able to complete the final defense and assessment of the graduation thesis on schedule. Please take note that project presentation will not be arranged in the future, and students who do not pass or do not participate will not be able to graduate on time.
 
Time: 2:30 pm Thursday, March 7th, 2019. Please arrive half an hour early to get prepared.
 
The Presentation Procedures:
1.       Engineering technical practice presentation: each student will have 5 min to present the engineering technical practice experience with PPT slides, followed by a 5-min question and answer session.
2.       Each student must bring all necessary materials and present his/her engineering technical practice report in single-sided hardcopy. If you did an off-campus engineering technical practice, please submit the appraisal form from the off-campus affiliation (stamped with the red seal of the affiliation).
3.       Opening topic of graduation thesis: each student will have 5 min to present opening topic with PPT slides, followed by a 5-min question and answer session.
4.       Each student must present the assignment book, literature review and thesis proposal.
5.       The venue and order of the presentations follow those of the supervisors in the committee below.
